Getting Right to the Core and More!

How are your crunches working for you? Getting the results you are looking for? Maybe you are an instructor or a personal trainer and would like to learn more about the core to give your clients the best results. Traditional taught crunches is not enough and frequently doesn't work at all. Many have a lack of understanding and knowledge regarding true connection to the core and they take this into their fitness programs, whether they are in a fitness class, working out in a gym or working out at home and they find little to no change or improvement to their bodies from both a physical appearance and functional perspective.

The ‘Getting To The Core And More’ workshops/retreats are taught by Heather Hogan, Certified Movement Analyst. As a result of Heather’s fitness and movement therapy education and experience, she has developed a number of ‘tips’ to better isolate and challenge the core muscles.

These workshops/retreats will educate, train and provide experience to individuals who are interested in obtaining results in effectively and efficiently working the ‘core’. Learning, and more importantly experiencing, the proper way to train the core in focused workshops/retreats will help individuals succeed in their fitness programs whether they are clients or individuals who work with clients. Participants will learn through information, guidelines, tips and most importantly, through experience….for what you experience in the body, you will NEVER forget!
